Our Term & Condition For Free Wedding Manager Service
Service Scope & Description
The Free Wedding Manager Service includes budget management, vendor recommendation, vendor coordination, timeline planning, and Pre-wedding checklist . Any additional services requested outside of this scope may incur additional charges.
Vendor Payment Schedule
All payments to vendors must be completed according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may affect the terms of service.
Responsibilities of Wedding Manager
- To provide ongoing consultation and planning assistance leading up to the wedding day.
- To act as the primary point of contact for all vendors involved in the wedding.
- Ensure the Client’s wedding checklist is checked.
- We do transaction for between couple & vendors.
Access and Collaboration on the Couple Dashboard
1. Dashboard Access: The Wedding Manager assigned by 50Gram Wedding will have authorized access to the couple’s planning dashboard. This access facilitates the co-organization and smooth execution of wedding planning processes.
2. Purpose of Access: The primary purpose of granting dashboard access to the Wedding Manager is to ensure efficient collaboration and management of the wedding planning activities, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
3. Optional Separate Dashboard: In specific cases where enhanced organization is required, or upon request by the couple, 50Gram Wedding may establish an additional, separate dashboard. This will be used solely for the purposes of organizing and streamlining wedding planning activities.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality: All information within the dashboard is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is only used for the purpose of planning and executing wedding events as per the agreement with the couple.
Client Responsibilities
- To provide timely and accurate information to the Wedding Manager as needed for planning and coordination.
- To meet all payment deadlines for vendors as arranged through the Wedding Manager.
- To adhere to the agreed-upon budget and consultation schedules.
- Clients must remain actively engaged in the planning process. Unresponsiveness can delay planning stages and disrupt operations
Limitation of Liability
[FiftyGram Plus Sdn Bhd] is not responsible for the performance of external vendors or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the wedding day, such as weather conditions, vendor cancellations, or other factors beyond our control.
Amendments
These terms and conditions can be amended by [FiftyGram Plus Snd Bhd] at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes within 30 days of their implementation by email.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or are unable to continue with your planning, please notify us promptly. We will confirm your cancellation via email. All engagements with vendors will be transferred back to you, and access to your planning dashboard will be revoked.
